Free Thinking

(2019, 2015)

In 2019, Prof. Suzannah Lipscomb was interviewed by Prof. Rana Mitter about her book, The Voices of Nîmes, which uses the evidence of 1,200 cases brought before the consistories – or moral courts – of the Huguenot church of Languedoc between 1561 and 1615 to explore the lives of ordinary women.

In 2015, Suzannah joined Dr Matthew Sweet and other guests, Prof. Marina Warner, Larushka Ivan-zadeh, Dr Claire Nally, and Dr Catherine Spooner, to talk about witchcraft and witch-hunting, in history, film, and politics.
